If you are planning to visit any of the 14 Household Waste Recycling Centres on Merseyside in a commercial-type vehicle such as a van or a pick-up truck, or if you are taking a trailer over 2 metres in length, then you will need to apply for a Permit.

Temporary Permit (Bulky waste and non-recyclabe waste types) The Temporary Permit is required when you want to deliver bulky household waste such as furniture, rubble, scrap, televisions, white goods, wood and non-recyclabe waste. Up to 12 Temporary Permits can be issued in a 12 month period.
